GCM3T Program of Study
Training Pastors. Strengthening Churches. Advancing the Gospel.
The Global Centers for Missionary Training, Tactics & Theology (GCM3T) provides a structured, biblically grounded training program designed to equip pastors, evangelists, and church leaders for faithful gospel ministry and church planting.
This program consists of three progressive levels of study, each building upon the previous to deepen the student’s understanding of God’s Word and strengthen their ministry effectiveness.
Level One – Diploma in Theology
Foundation for Faithful Ministry
Level One lays a strong biblical and theological foundation for pastors and church leaders.
It includes twelve core courses covering:
Systematic Theology – the major doctrines of the Christian faith
Biblical Theology – the unfolding story of God’s redemption through Christ
Church Planting – the mission and multiplication of the church
Students gain a clear understanding of the gospel, the nature of God, the mission of the church, and how to teach the Word faithfully.
Upon satisfactory completion of all Level One courses and assignments, students are awarded the
GCM3T Level One Diploma in Theology.
Level Two – Diploma in Advanced Theology & Ministry
Building Depth in Doctrine and Ministry
Admission to Level Two is open to graduates of the GCM3T Level One program.
This advanced tier expands upon foundational training with twelve additional courses, including:
Advanced Theology – deeper study of core doctrines
Expositional Studies – verse-by-verse teaching through books of the Bible
Practical Ministry Courses – such as Spiritual Leadership, Spiritual Warfare, and How to Preach Through the Bible
Church History & History of Missions Courses
Level Two focuses on developing mature, Spirit-led leaders who can faithfully preach, teach, and shepherd God’s people.
Graduates who complete all requirements receive the
GCM3T Level Two Diploma in Advanced Theology & Ministry.
Level Three – Diploma in Biblical studies & Teaching
Training the Trainers
The Level Three program is a self-study, research-based diploma available to graduates of Levels One and Two.
Students in this level are required to:
Research, develop, and write a 24-hour course in Bible, Theology, or Ministry
Teach that course in an approved GCM3T school under the supervision of the GCM3T Leadership Team
This program equips graduates to become trainers of others, capable of establishing and administering GCM3T schools in their own churches and communities.
Pathway to Multiplying Faithful Leaders
Students who complete both Level One and Level Two are eligible—upon recommendation of the GCM3T Leadership Team—to begin and oversee a GCM3T training center in their local church or region.
Through this three-tiered program, GCM3T seeks to multiply biblically trained pastors and leaders who will:
